Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)
Ingredients
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
8 oz water OR 4 oz water + 4 oz milk (skim, lactaid or light soy)
Da Vinci OR Torani Pumpkin Pie sugar free syrup to taste
Dash of pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Place liquid in the blender first, then powder.
Blend on low and increase to high until mixed well.
