Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake

(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)

Ingredients

1 serving vanilla protein powder

8 oz water

1 Tbsp berry, raspberry or peach sugar free syrup (try Torani)

1 Tbsp peanut butter or 1 serving powdered peanut butter

3-5 ice cubes

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with an extra dash of cinnamon if desired.
