Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Shake

(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)

Ingredients

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 cup low fat/fat free milk

Few drops of peppermint extract (to taste, about 1/4 teaspoon)

4-5 ice cubes

 

Directions

Add liquid ingredients first, followed by powder.

Mix in blender until smooth.
