Lemon Square Protein Shake
(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)
Ingredients
1 serving vanilla or unflavored protein powder
1 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup (try Torani or DaVinci OR 1-2 drops vanilla extract)
2 teaspoons Lemon Jello Powder, dry
2-3 ice cubes
Directions
Place liquid in the blender first, then powder, then ice.
Blend on low and increase to high until mixed well.
