Pre-Registration Services

Patients should call ahead to pre-register up to two weeks in advance for most diagnostic tests (like x-ray, MRI and mammograms) and some lab work. Patients who have lab work ordered by a physician's office do not need to pre-register. This eliminates the need to wait for an admissions representative upon arrival. Patients can now go directly to their point of service. Admissions representatives are available to take call-in registrations at 508-422-2222 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please present your legal picture I.D. on your date of service.
