Shamrock Protein Shake
(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)
Ingredients
8 oz vanilla soy milk OR fat free milk OR unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar free peppermint syrup (try Torani Syrup or a few drop of peppermint extract)
Drops of green food coloring
3-4 ice cubes
Optional: sugar free whipped cream to garnish
Directions
Mix on high in blender
Top with sugar free whipped cream if desired.
