Green Machine Protein Shake
(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)
Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
1 cup nonfat milk
1 tablespoon Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding mix
2 ice cubes
Directions
Place liquid in the blender first, then powder, then ice.
Blend on low and increase to high until mixed well. Garnish with a mint leaf if desired!
