Butterscotch Protein Shake

(Stage 3 or 4 Diet)

Ingredients

8 oz water OR 4 oz skim milk + 4 oz water

1 serving of vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoons sugar free Jello Butterscotch Pudding Powder

3-4 ice cubes

 

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender and mix on high until desired consistency is reached
