Chia Seed Pudding and Parfait
INGREDIENTS for Pudding:

- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
INGREDIENTS for Parfait:

- 2-3 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips
- 1 banana sliced.
DIRECTIONS:
PUDDING:

- Mix almond milk, PB, honey and vanilla in a blender or food processor.
- Add chia seeds, mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
PARFAIT:

- In a tall glass layer pudding, banana and chocolate chips until you run out of pudding.
TIPS:

- You can substitute any milk, peanut butter, or fruit, as well as maple syrup for honey.
- Refrigerate the pudding overnight and it is an easy breakfast to morning snack.
