Avocado Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup salsa
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1. Peel and chop avocados. Toss avocado with lemon juice in small bowl.
2. Add salsa and salt.
3. Mash with a fork.
4. Cover and store in the refrigerator.
Makes 12 servings.
