When it is time to deliver your baby, go straight to our Maternity Center. We encourage your partner to remain with you through the birth of your baby. From the moment you enter our doors, specially trained maternity nurses will be assigned to care for you through all stages of labor and delivery. Should you decide to have a Doula present, she/he is welcome to participate. You also have access to the expertise of our laborists, hospital-based physicians who specialize in caring for mothers during labor and recovery.

If you are scheduled for a cesarean delivery, your doctor will give you instructions before your delivery date. Plus, our around-the-clock, in-house anesthesia team is immediately accessible to administer pain medication or assist in surgery. This highly skilled team of medical professionals works alongside your practitioner to help you through each step of your labor and delivery. For your added safety and reassurance, the latest state-of-the-art medical equipment is readily available. Electronic fetal monitoring will check your baby’s heart rate as well as your labor pattern.
