Adolescent Health Services
The Center for Adolescent & Young Adult Health is the only facility in central Massachusetts offering young men and women ages 12 to 30 a primary care based collaborative approach for the treatment of adolescent health concerns that often challenge teens in today’s fast-paced world.
The services offered include:
- Primary health care
- School, sports and employment examinations
- Treatment of acute illnesses
- Support for eating disorders and obesity
- Gynecological health counseling and services
- Pregnancy testing and referral
- Sexually transmitted disease prevention and treatment
- Confidential HIV education, counseling and testing
- Treatment for sports injuries
- Health education
- Nutrition education
