Deirdre Kathman, DO

I like the contrast between intensive care medicine and pulmonary medicine and that I'm able to do both. Helping someone breathe easier or taking care of patients and families during the most critical times of their lives is a privilege and an honor.  I try to listen to my patients and their loved ones to understand their concerns and goals of their care. I try to be thorough to ensure that details that might make a difference in a patient's care are not overlooked.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling. I play the cello and enjoy skiing.
