The fee is $50 for ten classes. 

Description

Through the use of resistance bands, dumbbells or light hand-held weights, and your own body weight, this class offers benefits to participants at all levels of fitness and will help to increase muscle tone, bone density, raise your metabolic rate to burn more calories, lower blood pressure and increase joint stability to help reduce the risk of injuries. Beginners may use light weights or even full water bottles or soup cans for this class.
