Our comprehensive routine and emergency testing continually evolve as new technology and improved methodologies are available. Our laboratory underwent an extensive renovation to install Total Lab Automation, the latest in robotic and informatics technology. This cutting edge system, typically not available in a community medical center setting, includes a conveyer belt, online centrifuge and multiple robots that keep specimens moving into our analyzers. Test results are available to physicians within minutes due to the improved turnaround time. In fact, this advanced methodology brought our laboratory recognition in Healthcare Review’s technology edition!
