Quality Healthcare
At Milford Regional our focus is on providing quality care. However, it is hard sometimes to define “quality healthcare.” We use the Institute of Medicine’s definition of quality healthcare - care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and patient-centered. It is our belief that the care we provide should meet these values.
The “quality” bottom line for you, your family and our community is the same for us - that the right patient gets the right treatment at the right time in the same way as if the patient were a member of our family too.
