Milford Regional Invites the Community to Participate in Online Survey
Milford, Mass.—Milford Regional Medical Center is inviting local residents to participate in an online survey that will help the hospital better understand the healthcare needs and issues throughout its service area.
The online survey is an important step in completing the hospital’s Community Health Needs Assessment, which determines the priorities of Milford Regional’s Community Benefits Committee over the next three years.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is open to individuals 18 years of age and older. The survey is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic and closes on July 29. All information gathered is anonymous and confidential.
