Milford Regional Welcomes Erasquin as Senior Director of Inpatient Services
Veronica Erasquin, DNP, RN, CPAN, CCRN joins Milford Regional Medical Center as its Senior Director of Inpatient Services. In this role, Erasquin will be responsible for the management of the inpatient medical/surgical units, ICU, administrative clinical supervisors and the nursing staffing office.
Erasquin has more than 22 years of experience in healthcare, previously serving as the nurse director of the surgical intensive care unit for Mass. General Hospital, as well as interim director of burn and plastics, the ICU and general floor at MGH. She also worked as a nurse manager for Cambridge Health Alliance.
Erasquin joining Milford Regional is actually a homecoming for the Framingham resident. From 2016 through 2018, she worked at Milford Regional as a nurse manager for the ICU and progressive care unit.

In 2021, Erasquin received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Framingham State University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines.
Throughout her professional career, Erasquin has been the recipient of several accolades including the MGH Scholar Award as well as a Diversity in Nursing Scholarship.
Erasquin began her position at Milford Regional on January 23.
