Milford Regional Medical Center Welcomes Two Senior Administrators
Milford Regional Medical Center President Edward Kelly announces the addition of two accomplished professionals to fill key vacancies on the medical center’s senior management team. Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Finance Beth Cadle began in the fall and Vice President for Public Relations, Marketing and Communications Tricia Oliver joined Milford Regional in January.
At this challenging time for the healthcare industry and period of growth for Milford Regional, our healthcare system will benefit greatly from the combined experience, judgment and leadership of Beth and Tricia at the senior level,” said Kelly. “Each brings extensive experience in her respective field.”
Cadle joined Milford Regional with more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, the majority gained in a variety of healthcare settings. Most recently, Cadle served as Director of Finance for the anesthesia physician practice at Boston Children’s Hospital. She has also served as Controller at Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston and Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, where she served in progressive roles for nearly 20 years.
“It has been a pleasure to now lead the medical center’s highly knowledgeable and collaborative Finance group,” said Cadle, a Certified Public Accountant, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
Oliver began at Milford Regional following her work as Chief of Staff and Director of Campus Communication at Westfield State University in Western Massachusetts. Prior to her roles at Westfield State and Anna Maria College in Paxton, and as Director of Media and Communications at the Massachusetts Bar Association, Oliver began her career in healthcare communications. She served in internal and external communication roles at both Morton Hospital and Medical Center in Taunton and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
“I am energized to join a talented and dedicated team of professionals to advance Milford Regional’s patient-focused mission and compelling stories of clinician and patient success,” said Oliver, who received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Penn.
