Milford Regional Medical Center has established a dedicated COVID-19 information hotline staffed by a healthcare professional and an online assessment form to ensure that the hospital remains connected to our community and accessible to all of our patients in this unprecedented health crisis.

Milford Regional encourages anyone who is experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 or has questions about the virus to call the information hotline at 508-717-3702 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. to speak to a healthcare professional or submit an online assessment form on our website, milfordregional.org. If you submit a form online, a healthcare professional will respond to you.

These two screening tools will help you understand your symptoms, limit your exposure and others to the virus, and ensures that hospital services are available to the most vulnerable and seriously ill patients.
