Milford Regional Launches New Patient Portal

Milford Regional Medical Center has launched a new patient portal to give patients secure online access to their medical information.

Milford Regional is committed to providing patients with the tools necessary to take control of their health information.  The new portal, called MyHealthLink, provides patients greater access to their pertinent health information than the former patient portal. In addition, MyHealthLink has a mobile app to make accessing health information even easier!

With MyHealthLink, patients can access and manage health information securely; review laboratory and diagnostic test results dating back to Jan. 1, 2011; track medications and appointment information; view discharge instructions; pay bills and view account details; and receive hospital news.

To sign up for MyHealthLink, go to myhealthlink.milreg.org. MyHealthLink is available for iOS and Android users on the MHealth (medical) mobile app found at the App Store online.  The name of the app is MEDITECH Mhealth.
