Community Health Needs Assessment

To support our ongoing commitment to improve the health of the communities we serve, Milford Regional Medical Center completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years.

The goal of the CHNA is to gain a better understanding of the healthcare issues in our service region and align our efforts to address the greatest needs of the communities we so proudly serve.
